To access the cottage guests are required to negotiate two short flights of steps.  We therefore regret that it may not be suitable for some people with impaired mobility.  Once inside the accommodation is all on one level. 

Dog Friendly! - our guests are welcome to bring one well behaved dog by prior arrangement free of charge when they visit.  We do ask however that guests do not allow the dog onto the furniture, or leave them alone in the Cottage.

Access in Snowy Conditions - Leeside is great in the cold weather.  Get a log fire going and there is no better place to be.  However please bear in mind that the cottage is accessed via a short inclined private drive, which may not be passable by none 4x4 vehicles in snowy and icy weather.  Alternative parking is located within a few yards on Reeth Green - via the secret passage (next to the Copper Kettle - OK it's not a secret any more!)
